Objective

Talent Avatar was built to reimagine how professionals understand and grow their careers. The platform creates a personalized “digital twin” of each user — an evolving avatar powered by psychological models and machine learning — to assess skills, monitor motivation, and guide career progression. Using data from the user’s CV, behavioral feedback, and ongoing engagement, the system acts as a virtual career coach that evolves alongside the user’s professional journey.

Challenges & Solutions

One of the main challenges was building a personality-driven analytics engine based on the IPIP Big Five framework and Self-Determination Theory (SDT). The system interprets psychological data to model user motivation, autonomy, and competence over time, helping visualize personal growth trajectories and engagement patterns in a meaningful way.

Developing intelligent career feedback required building a natural language processing pipeline capable of parsing resumes, identifying gaps, and suggesting actionable improvements. The AI can rewrite and enhance resumes, tailoring tone and structure to specific industries and experience levels, delivering measurable improvements in profile strength and professional presentation.

To provide an immersive practice environment, the “Interview & Meeting Room” module simulates real-world interactions using conversational AI. Users can practice interviews, presentations, or performance reviews with an adaptive assistant that evaluates tone, confidence, and clarity while offering targeted feedback on communication skills.

The platform also fosters continuous learning and engagement through gamified competition. Users can track progress, maintain growth streaks, and compare performance metrics with peers in their field, encouraging accountability and motivation through social benchmarking and recognition systems.

As an MVP, Talent Avatar focuses on scalability and extensibility. The backend architecture allows future integrations with learning management systems (LMS), HR platforms, and recruitment networks. The AI chat coach remains a central feature — a persistent companion aware of each user’s career path, achievements, and goals, capable of providing guidance at every stage of professional growth.
