AI Communicator was developed as a back-office automation platform for small businesses to handle routine communications across multiple channels — including email and Reddit.

Users could configure custom rules for incoming messages. When an email or Reddit thread matched a defined rule, the system automatically processed it with the corresponding AI-powered action or workflow.

The AI used augmented knowledge and contextual memory to analyze incoming messages, determine intent, and generate intelligent replies or route actions to appropriate teams or systems.

For Reddit, the platform managed proactive engagement (finding posts based on class filters) and reactive interactions (replying to DMs or comments through the AI Replier).

Integrated analytics dashboards displayed metrics like AI token usage, Reddit engagement (proactive vs. replier activity), and email interaction rates, helping users visualize automation efficiency.

The plugin-based system allowed users to toggle services such as OpenAI, Reddit, Microsoft Teams, and email connectors directly from the control panel.

This MVP unified multi-channel communication into a single interface — streamlining workflows for support, outreach, and client follow-ups.
